Asymmetry When Smiling After Upper Blepharoplasty (1 year post op) - how can this be corrected? (Photos)

Affectionate598853
Hi I had upper blepharoplasty a year ago. Since then, when I smile, my right eye gets noticeably smaller than the left. I’ve always had a slightly fuller right cheek, but this new eye asymmetry only started after surgery. What might be causing the eye asymmetry when I smile? What kind of procedure or treatment could correct or improve it?
