Webbing in inner corners of eyes - do I need more steroid injections or revision surgery? (Photo)

Hi I have webbing after an upper blepheroplasty. I’ve already had a steroid injection and it hasn’t improved. The injection has also caused some yellow discolouration to the area. My question is do I need more steroid injections? Will this help resolve the webbing? I’m concerned about more discolouration if I get more. Would it reduce over time? Or do I need revision surgery? I’m also interested to know why webbing happens. I’ve been told it’s been due to scarring and that the scar has continued to grow as this is my bodies way of healing. But I can see from research it can also be causeby taking the incisions too far into the inner corners.

It looks like you have eyelid ptosis - that's probably your biggest issue, making your eyelids look droopy, but I wouldn't be surprised if you also have heavy brows, fatty eyelids, that could also be addressed. I don't really see the undereye circles you are talking about beyond what is a...

It depends... but I usually would avoid doing botox before the consult because it may obscure what you look like naturally. You definitely should NOT have any botox within 3-4mo before your surgery.
