Which treatment for my tired eyes and vertical forehead lines? (Photos)

Question

My eyes looks tired, small and with dark skin around I wonder if there are any treatments to fix this? My forehead has also vertical lines. Treatment I’ve seen are: Eyelid surgery, forehead lift, botox and filler but filler seems dangerous. Will botox be a good option or do I have to look into surgery? Antother concern is that I dont like my facial expression/eyebrow shape..

Your photographs are limited and does not show your forehead.  You may benefit from a brow lift or extended brow lift.  The brow lift will decrease the vertical height of the forehead and lift the eyebrows.  The extended brow lift will extend down to the lower ear and pull up the corner of the eyes.  I would need additional photographs to give a more accurate answer.

Based on these very limited photos,  it appears that lower blepharoplasty with canthoplasty would create improvement. Brow lift will help shaping brows and very likely improve overall appearance of your forehead. Unfortunately, your photos do not show enough for good analysis and proper recommendations. Good luck.

All the procedures you mentioned are viable options.
It’s possible to weaken muscle facial expression during a brow lift, especially and brow lift(compared to endoscopic).
By weakening the muscles, you’ll still have the ability to form facial expression, but weakening the muscles gives a semi permanent Botox type effect.
Some plastic surgeons have experienced with this and other others may not.It was a technique I learned from Dr. Bruce Connell back in the day.
I suggest you schedule a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
Bring pictures of yourself to use as reference.
Ask each provider to open the portfolio and show you their collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar characteristics for whatever procedure they recommend.
Provider selection is probably the most important variable.
Find the right provider may require having several consultations.
