Is it possible to change the shape of my nostril without a major surgery? (photos)

I had my second rhinoplasty about 8 months ago. I love the results but regret not asking about my nostril shape from my side profile. It gives the illusion of my tip being big and droopy from certain angles. From my side, the shape of my nose from the base is like a “U” shape. You can almost see the inside of my nostril from the sides. I would like a straigter nostril from my side profile and am dreading a second revision if I need it
