Thank you for posting your photos! Yes, very possible. In your case especially! You only need some liposuction on your right side. This has to be done carefully because it can easily be overdone. Still, it is a pretty straight forward procedure and an easy fix. In some cases of BBL reduction, using Vaser lipo is a good idea to help avoid skin laxity. Make sure to discuss this possibility with your surgeon.

To make an assessment on the outcome of an operation patients need to post proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have it before and after pictures then contact the surgeon who did your procedure and ask them to forward the ones they took.
To make an assessment we need pictures taken from straight angles standing in a neutral position.
From the limited pictures included it looks like your surgeon may have done liposuction on your outer thigh?
Regardless revisions are always possible. Some are more difficult than others. If that was erroneously removed with liposuction of the thigh then revision becomes much more difficult than if it wasn’t.
If the revision simply involves removing fat then that’s pretty straightforward. If the revision needs to compensate for inappropriate previous liposuction then the work becomes many times more difficult and it may require multiple procedures.
Revision work is many times more difficult than primary work so the importance of finding the most talented and experienced surgeon go to that saying.
I recommend patients for all procedures but especially revision work rely exclusively on in person consultations.
