I got bbl about 3 years ago I am a Tiny person before bbl I was 118lb 5ft tall, I hate my results, my butt looks super fake and out of proportion, is there a way to make it smaller? I spent about 12k on my bbl I really can’t afford much, I never wanted a bigger butt, I just wanted a dent on my butt to be fixed, the dent is still there and my butt looks disgusting, this has affected me so much to the point where I do not let my partner see me without pants.
Answer: Poor shape and persistent dents In order to fix your buttock shape, dents, and size, you have to consider a lateral thigh and buttock tuck that will cost you approximately 10k. Please consider a consultation from a revision BBL specialist to get more information regarding this surgery. Also, they will have to address your spots on your buttock cheek so that your buttock appearance is optimized.

Answer: Unfortunate BBL Most likely the only way to reduce your BBL is to have a revision with Liposuction. Your outcome is unfortunate. I try to make my BBS look pretty different than what yours is. I try to emphasize long smooth harmonious curves rather than a big ball on the stick which is sometimes referred to as the “lollipop look”. Different providers have different ideas of how body contouring including the BBL should be done. I think a lot of providers simply make A big bottom without taking it in the context of how it should blend into the thighs and the torso. The truth is there’s a lot of bad BBL being done and patients need to be very selective when it comes to choosing surgeons for any procedure but especially body contouring. You can follow up with the provider who did your BBL or have a second opinion consultation with other plastic surgeons. Dents like cellulite do not get improved from fat transfer because they typically do not represent a lack of volume. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
