Your outcome is unfortunate. I try to make my BBS look pretty different than what yours is. I try to emphasize long smooth harmonious curves rather than a big ball on the stick which is sometimes referred to as the “lollipop look”.
Different providers have different ideas of how body contouring including the BBL should be done.
I think a lot of providers simply make A big bottom without taking it in the context of how it should blend into the thighs and the torso.
