Most of our patients are back to their normal daily activities within 3-5 days. we allow cardio and light weightlifting after two weeks. with no restrictions around 4-6 weeks. as for the healing you must wear a compression garment for 8 weeks post operative so if you want to have the bodytite done i would recommend doing it now so you are fully healed for summer.
