I'm almost 46, very active. In my 40s a few lbs started settling at hips/thighs despite intense exercise and clean diet. Thighs were bulky to begin with. In the spring, I'm doing airsculpt for waist/hip/thigh contouring, with a hip dip fill. However I have some skin laxity on thighs (not why I'm doing this). Will I need bodytite too? The airsculpt doc doesn't have so I'd need to do separately. Worth it? Other modalities to consider? I have metal in my body so certain things are out. Thanks!
