Hi I've had one rhinoplasty and three revisions done. My doctor was to aggressive with my first prosedure so I've basically been trying to get my nose back. It's to small and doesn't have enough projection but it's also wider now. I'd love to have a more narrow projected nose. Please if you could help me with your suggestions that would be GREATLY appreciated.

The dorsum can be thinned too.

The scarring and changes to the anatomy from the previous procedures would make further improvements very difficult, and they should only be attempted if absolutely necessary from the cosmetic or functional point of view.
