Hi I've had one rhinoplasty and three revisions done. My doctor was to aggressive with my first prosedure so I've basically been trying to get my nose back. It's to small and doesn't have enough projection but it's also wider now. I'd love to have a more narrow projected nose. Please if you could help me with your suggestions that would be GREATLY appreciated.

Answer: Fifth rhinoplasty For an opinion about your nose right now, a full set of pictures would be needed. For what I can see, I would probably advise against having a fifth rhinoplasty. The scarring and changes to the anatomy from the previous procedures would make further improvements very difficult, and they should only be attempted if absolutely necessary from the cosmetic or functional point of view.

Previous surgery and significant scar contracture will probably limit the amount of projection that can occur with the nose. There are some smaller procedures it may be an able to accomplish refinement such as reducing the hanging columella.
