I know that you aren't supposed to get a full rhinoplasty within a year of having one done, but I just read that a girl had her nose done and any complication that needed fixing (ie bumps forming, other outpatient short procedures) within the first year was fixable for free. Is that how most surgeons operate? And how often do things like that happen? Thank you.
