Revision rhinoplasty a year ago-septoplasty 3 weeks ago. After revision rhinoplasty, columella leaned and tissue inside nostril was raised (it's soft /nose hairs are growing) . When I smile, it hangs out a little. I thought it would be corrected in septoplasty ,but it wasn't . What caused this and how can it be resolved? I don't want to go through another surgery. Even if columella remains leaning, I would like to not have the skin inside that nostril like that. Is this possible and an easy fix?
