Micro needling with Infrared Laser?

Hello can Micro Needling be combined with Skin Tightening infrared laser? I was told by my facial esthetician to only do micro needling 2 months apart. Only mild peel can be done in between. I still have some slack and deeper .nasal fold lines. I am 42 years old. Also creepy eyelids starting. I have had one micro needling treatment so far.
