Can I use exfoliation products after microneedling?

I just did microneedling yesterday and the doctor gave me a mask for exfoliation. Am I supposed to use it?

I typically do enzymatic exfoliation for my patients with papaya enzyme starting the day after treatment.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Ask the doctor when they want you to begin using the exfoliation mask .I personally do not use any products with Microneedling.
