The cost of liposuction definitely vary from doctor to doctor and that has to do with many things. The price of the procedure only tells you the price and does not tell you how much fat is to be removed, what technique and skin tightening can be expected and so on.Remember that removal of 100cc of fat from abdomen is called liposuction as is the removal of 2000cc of fat from abdomen. The cost for liposuction varies. For the stomach and flanks, you’re probably looking at around $5000 to $7000. However, I’m not sure if liposuction would be the right course of treatment for your stomach. Depending on your skin elasticity and condition of your abdominal muscles, you should consider speaking to a board certified plastic surgeon about a tummy tuck as a possible option.

Thank you for your clinical post and
photographs.  As you explore online the
different websites of surgeons who are experienced in the art and science of
liposuction you’ll find a range of prices. 
Generally, the pricing model for liposuction is a price per zone.  There will be a range and a price per zone
and in a large city like the City of Toronto the range in price per zone may be
as wide as $2,500.00 to $3,000.00 to $7,000.00 or $8,000.00 per zone.  The reason there is also a range in pricing
is that not all zones are created equal. 
If you happen to be a patient with and extremely large amount of fat in
the abdominal region, your price per zone may be higher than a smaller
individual with less fat.  If the skin
envelope is extremely lax there may be skin tightening thermal techniques that
are required that may also raise the price.

In general, however, single zone and
first zone pricing in Toronto ranges from $3,000.00 to $4,000.00 to $6,000.00
to $7,000.00 for the first zone. 
Subsequent zones are usually offered at more preferred pricing as the
set up and preparation for the procedure has already occurred.

From the photos provided you’d be an
excellent candidate for abdominal, love handle and flank liposuction.  You area moderate size and generally can
anticipate removal of 2-3 litres of purified fat.  This should provide you with an excellent
contour correction and you should be able to get this performed for under
$10,000.00 in the City of Toronto at a very experienced liposuction
centre.  At SpaMedica, I have been
performing liposuction for 24 years. 
Over the past decade I focused on gentle high-tech energy assisted
techniques rather than more mechanical older techniques as these have the
advantage of decreased bruising, swelling and certainly ink reskin [ph]
contraction.  When one removes fat the
reciprocal contraction overlying skin is important to minimize the risk of lax
skin irregularity and deformity.  Experience
is often your best friend in seeking a liposuction surgeon as the art of
liposuction is as important as the science and knowing how much fat to remove
and when to stop trying to achieve contour is critical.

I would seek out the consultation of
two or three surgeons with an excellent reputation and lots of experience and
then make your choice based on your consultation and impressions. There are many excellent plastic
surgeons in the City of Toronto and I’m sure you’ll find an excellent match and
have a good result.
