After 7 months, it is unlikely that you will have dramatic changes to your final result. You may request an examination by a plastic surgeon who can better assess your situation. If you are deficit on fat in that area which is creating a crease, you may need to have fat grafting to fill in those areas. If you the shelf is due to excess fat surrounding the line, then you may need that excess fat removed. Other options include a combination of the two procedures or non-surgical interventions to help blend the area and improve the contour. 

Contour irregularities can occur following liposuction. This 'shelf' may be some residual fat. Options for treatment may be a secondary procedure or modified abdominoplasty. I would see you surgeon and discuss what can be done.
