Over the past few years the corners of my mouth have become very bulky and droopy, I believe they could be called "perioral mounds." I don't know what's causing it, though I did have a small amount of radiese injected in my nasolabial folds 3 years ago. Looking at the photos, is there any procedure or treatment to reduce this unpleasant change around my mouth? I'm only in my late 20s and it ages me considerably. I have seen small cannula liposuction mentioned as an option for perioral mounds.

If the solution to the problem is only liposuction then expect to pay 1000 $1500 depending on the type of anesthesia and other variables. If a true lift is needed this is an altogether different situation and may be complicated by other anatomic issues as well.
