How much would a Mons Pubis lipo and lift cost?

I am 21, female, and recently lost 40 lbs. Now at 190, the one place that hasn't changed is my mons pubis. I can't wear jeans, leggings, or even basic panties because of it. (To give an estimate, it is like a two baseball mitts cupping my crotch, and I get accused of having male genitals.) I'm dead-set on getting something done, so I'm curious what the cost of lipo and lift would be packaged together, or if there is a better option to get a normal looking vagina, and the cost.

Thank you for your question. A large mons is caused by a pad of fat that is located on the lowest part of the abdomen. Nonsurgical treatment includes weight loss using diet and exercise, but this doesn't always work. If the overlying skin is thick and elastic, then liposuction can be a good treatment option. If there is excess skin or thin skin with stretch marks then skin excision procedures are typically needed. A mons lift it is commonly combined with an abdominoplasty procedure, but can be done by itself. The price for these procedures varies between doctors and regions of the country. Consider several consultations to find the surgeon that's right for you.

If the solution to the problem is only liposuction then expect to pay 1000 $1500 depending on the type of anesthesia and other variables. If a true lift is needed this is an altogether different situation and may be complicated by other anatomic issues as well.

I'm afraid it's very difficult to estimate a price because so many variables are involved.  The price depends not only on geographic area, the expertise of the surgeon, etc., but on the extent of the procedure itself.  This can only be determined with an in-person examination.  Most likely, liposuction in a massive weight loss patient is going to result in loose, hanging skin.  It is very likely that you would need some of the skin removed in some variety of pattern, the likes of which depend upon your specific exam.  I think your first step is to set up some consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons in your area. In my experience, patients in need of a monsplasty have had significant weight changes and so often are also in need of an abdominoplasty. I perform monsplasty in almost all large weight loss abdominoplasty surgeries in my practice.  In my experience, this fat is very resistant to liposuction only and usually requires liposuction, direct excision of fat and excision of skin. I would recommend finding a BSPS with extensive experience in large weight loss patients.
