I got lip fillers done 4 (almost) 5 days ago, and noticed this yellowish bruise on my top lip. Should I be concerned?
Answer: Bruising post lip augmentation Hi there, It is fairly common to experience bruising after having a lip augmentation. From what I can see from the picture you posted, the bruise does not look concerning, but I highly recommend following up with your injector if you experience other symptoms such as pain, worsening of the bruise, skin breakdown, etc.

Answer: 5 days PO. Does this bruise look normal after lip fillers? Should I be concerned? Bruising may happen during a lip augmentation procedure, and yours looks mild - it will likely be gone in a few more days. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

Answer: 5 days PO. Does this bruise look normal after lip fillers? Should I be concerned? (photo) Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Delayed bruising is not uncommon and will resolve over 7-10 days time. I would recommend using some warm compresses and arnica Montana supplementation to help speed healing. Hope this helps.

Answer: Lip Augmentation with Injectable Fillers / Bruising and Swelling -- LightStim LED Therapy, Vascular Laser, IPL, Arnica, Dissolve Swelling and bruising can last 1 to 2 weeks after lip filler injections. To diminish the bruising, I recommend using LightStim LED or, in more significant cases, a vascular laser or IPL treatment. Arnica with Bromelain ("Arnika Forte") can also be taken to help speed up the healing. If you're unhappy with your results, you can also have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase and try a different filler and/or technique next time. If the bruising doesn't improve - or if you feel any pain - see your physician or an experienced cosmetic dermatologist for an evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Lips Hey there thanks for the question! The bruise looks entirely normal for lip filler injections and these bruises typically last for less than 2 weeks. No need to worry! Good look
