I have been getting Botox since I was 30, I am 39 now. I’ve also used the same Dr. the entire 9 years recently my Dr. moved and I researched for a new one. I drove 2.5 hours and absolutely fell in love with Dr. Bello. He took so much time making sure he would get the results that I’m used to having. I felt much more comfortable when I found out he was also an Neurology/Clinical Neurophysiology -EMG. Being with a Dr. that has such an extensive background made me feel so comfortable knowing the procedure I was having was in the right hands. I can’t wait to come back to have my filler done. The front desk administrator is also amazing and friendly. I feel so fortunate finding them and will be happy to make the drive to have all my procedures done. Thanks guys for making meFeel more confident and comfortable. Much appreciation - J Hortenstine

Wonderful experience! I have had Kybella and Botox with Dr. Bello. Very pleased with the results, have recommended to several friends and family. They are very attentive and follow up to make sure everything goes well even after the procedure has been done. Five stars for sure!
Dr. Bello is a very friendly doctor who is eager to please and strives for the best results possible. He takes his time with you and makes sure he does the job just right. His medical experience makes me feel confident that I’m in the hands.
Very caring! Dr Bello is an MD / Neurologist who is conservative in his treatment/ practice, especially with new clients just discovering medical aesthetics, which is refreshing! He does a wonderful job working individually with each client and their particular needs and desires!
I have been going to Dr.Bello for about a year. He is always very professional and knowledgeable on all the latest products. I have had nothing but great results with all of the services I have gotten there. Thank you Doc!!’ See you soon!!
The Doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the best options for me. The treatments I received surpassed my expectations. I was comfortable during my visit. Overall a great experience.
Dermal fillers can significanty improve the apperance of the facial structures with volume loss. Please consult with an experienced provider in your area for proper evaluation and treatment.
Intraorbital nerve injury after HA filler is uncommon, but theoritically could happen. In my opinion, there are 2 scenarious which the nerve can be injured, first by direct needle injury to the nerve without transection (or total disconnection of the nerve) can happen which may result in pain until the nerve recovers which usually takes around 12 weeks depending of the degree or damage, sometimes even minor injury to the nerve can develop abnormal nerve re-growth (neuroma formation) which can cause longer lasting pain. The second possibility is compression neuropathy which may happen due to pressure to the nerve which can happen due to a foreign substance introduced in the nerve area or hematoma which usually resolves more quicky. Compression neuropathy usually lasts until the compressive pressure is released. Again, since I have not seen you personally, these are just my theoretical opinions and not considered your diagnosis. I advise that you see a physician with expertise in managing neuropathic pain to properly evaluate you and do the necessary work up and do the necessary treatment for you situation.
You could benefit from dermal filler with or without PRP injection to improve the appearance of the scarring. You need to consult with an experienced physician for this procedure for proper treatment and avoiding risk and complication.
Treatment options in your situation could include botox injection, PRP injection with/without microneedling or HA filler. It is improtant to have a proper evaluation with an experienced provider in your area to determine the best treatment option for you.
Acoustic wave therapy is a very safe procedure with no downtown. You should inform your physician if you have pacemaker, defibrillator or vagal/nerve stimulators which might be affected by the shock wave therapy.
