Very wide space between breasts! Are my breasts tuberous? Any other options but implants? (Photo)

18 years old. 5 feet 7 inches, 150 pounds. I've always been unhappy with how my breasts kind of sag and have a cone like shape when they are not erect. Although I'm unhappy with the size of my breasts what really bothers me is the distance between them. I think this is because i am broad shouldered. I'm very insecure about this distance and was curious if my breasts are in the "tuberous" category. Is there anything I can do about the distance? Would implants help with the space between them?
