There are many talented Canadian rhinoplasty surgeons, so it is a difficult task to pick 'the best." I can tell you that Dr. Peter Adamson in Toronto does lecture on rhinoplasty at our meetings and has published extensively on the subject. He is an excellent person and surgeon, and he would have my vote, for sure.
I am not sure who the "top Rhinoplasty Surgeon" is, but would strongly recommend that you consider Peter Adamson in Toronto in your search.
There is no such thing as a Best rhinoplasty surgeon. Look for a surgeon who performs rhinoplasty very often on a weekly basis, has dedicated a significant component of their practice to the discipline of rhinoplasty, and has an extensive portfolio of before and after photographs of noses similar to your own in their photo gallery.
Peter Adamson, in my opinion. He is in Toronto. I don't know him personally but I've seen his work, which is excellent, and he is a very well-respected surgeon who is frequently asked to speak at our professional meetings.
I can't tell you who the "best" surgeon is. However in the Toronto area, Peter Adamson and David Ellis are well known for there skills in rhinoplasty.Good Luck!Anthony E. Brissett MD.,FACS
