I hate my nose. My nostrils are big. What surgery should I get and how much will it cost? (Photo)

I am sorry to hear that you are so self conscious about your nose.   From the photos I see two issues.  The good news is that this is easily treatable with alar plasty.1.  Flaring nostrils.  I would perform an alar base reduction removing a pinch of skin.2.  Retracted nostrils.  This is corrected by cartilage grafting probably from the ear to bring down your nostrils.These two maneuvers don't require any work to be done on the bridge of your nose.  Cost will be dictated by who is doing the surgery and where the surgery is being done.  The costs for tip rhinoplasty typically are higher than for bridge work as this is what takes the most time and skill to get it done right.  Good luck

Based on your photograph, you may benefit from an alar batten graft.  This can be very useful in correcting alar retraction.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. For large nostrils, the obvious answer would be a nostril reduction. However, in some patients, nostril reduction will make them physically smaller but not reduce their prominance. This is due to nostrils that arch very high in the tip segment. The medical term for that is retraction. When alar retraction is present, cartilage grafts along the nostril edge can help to reduce retraction, which will work together with a nostril reduction, to reduce the nostil's 'front and center' appearance.
