Your nose should be mostly healed 5 months following surgery so it is unlikely to cause permanent damage. It is possible the procedure can irritate the nose and cause temporary increased swelling. However, I recommend you discuss this with your surgeon prior to proceeding.

Thanks for your question. Check with your surgeon, but it shouldn't be a problem to have nasal endoscopy that far out from a rhinoplasty. For my patients that get a rhinoplasty at the same time as sinus surgery, we routinely do nasal endoscopy for them in the first few weeks following surgery to check how their sinuses are healing. So I can't imagine it would be an issue, but check with your surgeon to make sure.
Based on your photo, my opinion is that your tip can be narrowed without negatively affecting the overall appearance of the rest of your nose. In person consultation with a few rhinoplasty experts would be a good idea. Good luck.
