Is having a really hot shower bad 2 weeks after rhinoplasty and cheek liposuction?

Asked By:Ardenn in Toronto, ON

13 days ago I had open rhinoplasty with ear cartilage added to my tip, and cheek lipo on my left cheek to correct asymmetry. I was healing well till last night when I took a really hot shower. I stood under the shower for 10 mins at least with the hot water hitting my face. My nose and cheek became more swollen than before. Cheek feels more numb and tender. My skin doesn't look burnt though. Did I do some permanent damage? Would the hot shower result in scar tissues and deformity? Thanks.
