It's been two and a half weeks since I had Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty. I sneezed and then, out of habit, shook my head while bent over. It didn't hurt but felt like my nose was going to rattle off of my face when I carelessly shook my face! Should I be concerned?!

Although I commonly ask my patients to sneeze through their mouth after a rhinoplasty for the first 2 weeks, it can be easier said than done.  The support of your nose is accomplished via bone, cartilage and soft tissue; therefore, shaking your head would not likely effect your final result unless you physically hit it.  Relay your concerns to your surgeon, and he or she can examine you to ensure you didn't harm the result.

It is highly unlikely that you did anything bad to your nose after sneezing.  Any specific concerns if you suspect a change in shape or other issues, then speak with your surgeon.
