When I was really young, I went up to a sleeping dog and tried to pet it. It just up right to my face and bit me. I still have tooth marks in between my eyes where the ridge of my nose starts. When I was younger, me nose seemed to be developing normally but as I got older, I have a large sudden bump on my nose--it's a bone too.

As long as the nose is crooked, it really doesn't matter whether is congenital or traumatic in nature to cause it to be crooked. The rhinoplasty procedure can straighten a crooked nose with closed rhinoplasty techniques as an outpatient surgical procedure.  To straighten the crooked nose requires osteotomies applied to the nasal bones to re-set them straight. For many examples and more information, please see the video and the link below
