I feel like injecting fat from one part of your body to another doesn’t really make it a “permanent procedure” if you exercise? Like any fat, couldn’t it just come off with exercising? Therefore I would waste money doing a fat graft boob job?? I want to still exercise and be healthy but I hate the look of fake silicone boobs

Answer: Fat grafting I think fat grafting is a waste of money for both the face and breasts. Surgeons love to promote it, and get all scientific about the benefits of the stem cells in fat. Results are very unimpressive in both cases. Look online at before and after photos of fat transfer to the beast and bear in mind those are supposed to be GOOD results, then decide for yourself if you think it’s with doing.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear skon77, fat viability depends a lot of surgeon technique. The fat has to be placed back into the breasts as soon as possible so that it has a greater chance of survival. It has to be placed carefully so that not too much fat is placed in only one area. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
