I am mostly fat, and do not have that much muscle mass. I am wondering, by looking at my photos, if I am eligible for a Brazilian butt lift by mainly harvesting fat from my thighs. Additionally, I have a problem with cellulite/flabby thighs so will removing fat from them make them even more flabby due to loose skin? I know I need an actual assessment from a board certified surgeon but I thought I can get an estimated answer from photos online. Thanks!
Answer: I am 5'3 and weigh approximately 113 pounds, do I have enough fat for a Brazilian Butt Lift? I have found thinner patients to be good candidates for liposuction and BBL. The liposuction must be precise to leave the skin smooth but must remove as much fat as possible.

Answer: BBL on a thinner patient You can certainly have the procedure done. However, anyone at promises you dramatic results here is being unrealistic. Typically these procedures are done on patients with significantly more fat. True, you could have some modest improvements and refining with liposuction, but do not expect that any surgeon will be able to harvest a tremendous amount of fat to significantly augment your Botox. Not only will your fat harvest be on the lesser side, but a certain degree of the fat graft will not take. Ultimately, as long as your expectations are realistic and well discussed, you should do fine.Best of luck! Dr. SubbioBoard-Certified Plastic SurgeonNewtown Square/Philadelphia, PA

Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift revision/ Fat grafting/Liposuction/ High Definition Procedures/Butt Implants Thank you for your question. I specialize in Brazilian Butt Lifts and Body Contouring procedures. From your photos, you appear to be an excellent candidate for Vaser Hi definition liposculpture with fat grafting to the buttocks. You should get a great result from liposculpture, giving you a more contoured and hourglass shape with better projection to your buttocks. Vaser Hi Definition liposuction uses the concepts of negative and positive spaces in relation to the underlying bony and muscle anatomy to define areas such as your six pack and create an athletic looking physique. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery. Answer: Bbl A Brazilian butt lift uses fat that is liposuctioned and then reinjected into the buttocks for a fuller shape. It would have been good to use the fat removed from your abdomen, but as long as you have additional fat elsewhere, the BBL can be done.

Answer: Brazillian Butt Lift Hi, thank you for your photos. At 5' 3" approx. 113#, I have done fat transfer on patients with similar frames as you. However, the biggest question you need to ask your self is..."how big do you want your buttocks to be?" with how much fat you have, we can give you a nice, subtle result but not a dramatic result. We deff can make a difference. so be very realistic when It comes to the results you're trying to achieve. we take the healthiest fat cells and transfer it the buttocks. In regards to lose skin, liposuction can make the skin appear slightly more lose or saggy. That though is more common in someone who will have a higher more volume removed from surgery. since you don't have ALOT of fat, the chances of your skin changing too drastically are slim. Hope this helps you
