I am mostly fat, and do not have that much muscle mass. I am wondering, by looking at my photos, if I am eligible for a Brazilian butt lift by mainly harvesting fat from my thighs. Additionally, I have a problem with cellulite/flabby thighs so will removing fat from them make them even more flabby due to loose skin? I know I need an actual assessment from a board certified surgeon but I thought I can get an estimated answer from photos online. Thanks!
Answer: Bbl A Brazilian butt lift uses fat that is liposuctioned and then reinjected into the buttocks for a fuller shape. It would have been good to use the fat removed from your abdomen, but as long as you have additional fat elsewhere, the BBL can be done.

Answer: Brazillian Butt Lift Hi, thank you for your photos. At 5' 3" approx. 113#, I have done fat transfer on patients with similar frames as you. However, the biggest question you need to ask your self is..."how big do you want your buttocks to be?" with how much fat you have, we can give you a nice, subtle result but not a dramatic result. We deff can make a difference. so be very realistic when It comes to the results you're trying to achieve. we take the healthiest fat cells and transfer it the buttocks. In regards to lose skin, liposuction can make the skin appear slightly more lose or saggy. That though is more common in someone who will have a higher more volume removed from surgery. since you don't have ALOT of fat, the chances of your skin changing too drastically are slim. Hope this helps you
