I have very wide-set eyes, relatively prominent epicanthal folds, and a flat nose bridge that gives the illusion that my eyes are crossed, aka pseudostrabismus. What procedures would you recommend to get rid of this cross-eyed look?

It appears you have residual ptosis, as well as excess skin. Please see an oculoplastic surgeon who is experienced with this type of surgery (see link below). You do not have to settle for this drooping. I would recommend waiting at least 3-6 months prior to revision to allow the eyelid tissues...

You appear to have normal eyelids and normal eyelid position relative to the features of your eyeball. Your brow position, on the other hand, appears uneven. A bit of Botox to achieve a 'browlift' effect on your lower side would be an easy first step in achieving better facial symmetry.
