I am a 21 year old female who has never been pregnant, 159lbs. I am wondering if my breasts will become perkier with weight loss (or without surgery). I would like a more youthful, perkier look with smaller areolas. Would I be a good candidate for a breast lift and nipple surgery?

Answer: Reduction of the diameter of the areola can only be accomplished with a mastopexy. A mastopexy will reshaped the breasts and repositioned and resize the areola. There is no nonsurgical way to do this.

Answer: Breast lift and areola reduction I’m sorry to say but you can’t make your breasts perkier without surgery. Weight loss won’t help and can actually make them saggier because of the volume loss. A breast lift and areola reduction would help you get perkier breasts and smaller areolae.

Answer: Can the areola become smaller and nipple become perkier without surgery? The only way to make the areola smaller is by surgically reducing them. If a lift is not needed this can be done as an office procedure under local anesthesia or as part as a formal breast lift or breast reduction. Usually doing this also makes the nipple more perky.
