and you are congratulated on your journey.  Restoring breast volume in this situation can only be accomplished with implants.  Fat grafting can be considered if your weight around your tummy persists but you will still need a lift to improve the shape and remove excess skin.

Congratulations on the healthy diet.  Without pictures, its hard to tell but most patients who have lost weight and want fullness back in their breast need either breast implants or a breast lift plus implants.  Get evaluated to know all your options.  Good luck.

In many patients who have significant weight loss the breasts do lose volume.  Breast augmentation with implants is the most effective way to restore breast volume after weight loss.  However you must be in good health, not have and eating disorder and receive medical clearance before considering breast augmentation surgery.
