I would suggest a personal evaluation with an experiencedboard certified plastic surgeon on this issues. First to evaluateyour concern and identify the cause. This will determine youroptions. Best wishes.
Don't you love when people answer your question by telling you you need the advice of a plastic surgeon? what's up with that? i'm not a big fan of facial fat transfer. The problems are far too many and the procedure is a bit unpredictable. It's very difficult to remove previously grafted fat. If the fat was healthy normal fat small amounts can be removed and with liposuction. When you develop fat in the crosses and get nodules of scar tissue then these can only be removed through direct surgical excision. in reality your best option is to work with Botox and filler's to help the area look it's best. I can't think of a simple permanent fix for your situation. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Thank you for your excellent question. Fat grafting is a great way to add volume and fill any defects that may be present in the face. The fat is taken from your own body and put through a delicate process to separate the fat. Only the best fat with the highest concentration of stemcells is used...
