I had juvederm filler in lip and cheek just over a week ago. The swelling subsided normally and everything appeared normal. I have flu symptoms and I'm sure I have caught something as I was exposed over the holidays to a couple people who were sick. Now for the last 20 hours my cheeks and lips have become swollen and are tender. Is this a normal response to contracting a cold or flu? Should I see a doctor immediately or should I wait until the flu subsides to see if the swelling also subsides?
