It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling which can last 1-2 weeks after filler injections. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

It's normal to have the chin feel firm and your facial expression feel restricted after chin injections. It is difficult to provide an accurate assessment with the pictures you have posted. From what I can see and what you've shared, the amount of product used is appropriate. You look to have mild swelling in your lip and chin, but there doesn't look to be any blood supply concern or bruising. Things should settle down within a few days. However, it never hurts to call and take direction from your treating physician. Excessive swelling can occur at 24 hours, more frequently in the lips and with some products more than others. Your physician will be in the best position to offer reassurance or provide treatment to help things settle. See how things look in the morning; if things look worse or you remain concerned at all, call your physician's office when they open and ask for their advice.

Fillers invariably take time to settle; up to two weeks but normally less. Swelling, stiffness, bruising, pain, tenderness and weird feelings may all occur for 24-48 hours. Trauma can increase the duration of recovery, bruising will also prolong the recovery period.
So basically the advice is wait for a bit longer, don;t panic and look forwrd to the g=ood results which will arrive. 

you really must wait longer before judging your final results. Everyone responds differently to different fillers. some swell a little some a lot. some swelling i s gone in a few hours other may take several days. I think your chin looks very good. it is likely that by the time you read this all will be fine. Good luck!
