If you had a nonsurgical chin augmentation with dermal fillers, it won’t be affected by facial liposuction. Liposuction only removes the fat underneath your chin, not in the chin. Please find a board-certified dermatologist to remove your double chin with facial liposuction.

If the fillers are in the area where the liposuction is going to be done, yes, the fillers can go away. However, if the fillers were injected in an area far away from the area being treated, the fillers shouldn't go away

No, neck liposuction shouldn't interfere with your chin fillers. Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. This will remove excess fat and stimulate the skin to contract over time which will improve angulation and definition along the jawline. I recommend seeing an expert for a consultation who can go over this procedure to determine if it will achieve your desired results and the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps!

Generallly fillers in this area would be placed superficially into the nasolabial folds and marionette lines and not the submental area.  Liposuction would target a different area and would not remove your fillers.

Liposuction is performed in the neck, not on the chin to remove fatty deposits in the neck area. Fillers should not be placed in the neck, so the surgery should not have any effect on fillers in the chin.  Placement of the chin implant works much better than fillers to augment the weak and recessive chin profile.
