Uneven soft fat under chin after neck/chin lipo? I got neck/chin lipo on April 16th. (Photos)

Under my chin is very uneven. The rest of my neck and under my chin is contoured and the fat has firmed up. I understand this as the normal healing process. However, I still have two very uneven soft fatty pockets under my chin area, one on either side of my chin at my jaw bone. You can see in the photo. I feel like this is perhaps more abnormal than normal swelling and is leftover fat that wasn’t gotten during the process?
