The left side of my face is not swollen at all, but the right side is a bit more swollen. I can feel the "wing" of the implant through my gums. There is a constant sharp pain just underneath my lip. If I touch it, there is a burning sensation the rushes through my chin and lip. I can feel the implant and i know it is riding a bit high but will this hinder my nerve from repairing? I don't want to get another surgery. Will this hinder sensation in my lips in the long run?10 days post, extraorally
