I am a 29year old, middle eastern weighing approx 110lbs and 5'6. My lower face and cheeks look chubby and my lower face on my left side profile is much worse. From the side I have the puppet lines especially my left side making it look like my cheeks start under by eye and end at my jaw. I don't know if i need buccal fat removal or what exactly can fix this problem.

Midl facial aging usually starts to occur at the end of the 20s, early 30s. Facial aging usually starts as sagging of the face, increased fullness of the lower anterior cheeks and development of marionette lines and jowls. These early signs of aging could be improved with certain plastic surgery procedures.
In patient candidates, buccal fat removal could help to improve the fullness of the anterior lower face. Anterior and lateral (upper) cheek bone could be enhanced with soft tissue fillers (eg. Voluma, Restylane Lyft, radiesse) to help to lift the mid and lower face soft tissues, thus improving the jowls and early marionette lines. Skin tightening with radiofrequecy devices like Fractora also cold help to improve the loose facial skin giving a tighter facial appearance.
