Lower cheeks are chubby and my Jowls are dropping. What do you think I can have done to improve, especially my profile? (photo)

I am a 29year old, middle eastern weighing approx 110lbs and 5'6. My lower face and cheeks look chubby and my lower face on my left side profile is much worse. From the side I have the puppet lines especially my left side making it look like my cheeks start under by eye and end at my jaw. I don't know if i need buccal fat removal or what exactly can fix this problem.
