Ugly side profile, how to fix? (photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photos. You appear to be an excellent candidate for a conservative rhinoplasty. Based on the photos you have provided; your nose can be feminized with a few minor changes. For instance, slightly shaving your dorsal hump and refining your nasal tip will make your nose better fit your other facial features. In my practice, I like to morph 3D digital photos of my patients to communicate realistic surgical outcomes. Rhinoplasty (aka a nose job) will remove your bump.; it can be shaven down with nasal rasps. I would also recommend some tip refinement as your tip is slightly bulbous now and your nose is detracting attention from your eyes. As for your profile, your chin has a nice projection. You can remove that stubborn submental fat with a few treatments with Kybella. Kybella is a minimally invasive treatment that uses injections of deoxycholic acid to dissolve fat so it can be permanently eliminated from the body.  Kybella takes 2-5 treatments spaced every six weeks to get ideal results.  Many patients choose to have facial liposuction at the same time as rhinoplasty.  It is a single treatment and would have less downtime than Kybella in your situation.  I hope this helps.

Liposuction can be done under your chin to remove the excess fat.

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. You may also benefit from a conservative dorsal hump reduction.  Your chin may benefit from some refinement or submental liposuction, but an in-person examination would be very helpful to determine a more precise plan.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important

You could consider rhinoplasty.  You could undergo closed rhinoplasty  with hump reduction and nasal bone narrowing.  The nasal bones are usually adjusted to maintain your front view and allow enhancement of your nasal  profile.

Your rhinoplasty concerns are straightforward. Your chin its vertically short and needs a vertical lengthening bony genioplasty to drop it down and give the lower third of your face more height and improve your facial proportions and profile.

A full set of facial photographs are required to make a determination  about being a candidate for a rhinoplasty in a chin implant procedure. The rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish decreasing the projection of the nose, narrowing the bridgeline, And shaving down the  dorsal hump. The nose ring must be removed for approximately three months after the rhinoplasty procedure then can be re- pierced. A chin implant is placed for patients that have a weak and recessesive chin profile by augmenting  the chin forward which helps with facial balance and proportions from the side profile, especially with respect to the nose.
