i still feeling a pulling feeling or an"out of place" feeling on my left side i work out alot &doing things like push ups are a no go for me,pulling motion like opening doors or mopping i get a strange pull feeling on the left.when i move my breast around the left one feels like I am making the muscle do some thing it does not want to do, lying on my stomach/ putting pressure on also feels like it makes it out of place, they do not move around alot i push them in to a position to feel this way
