Generally speaking, while thee BodyTite device does cause some element of lipolysis or the breakdown of fat, its true value-add is found in its ability to contract the dermis in a 3-dimensional manner, providing unprecedented, scarless soft-tissue tightening. With that, the fat that is broken down in the process may be utilized for fat transfer, however this is a de minimis amount of fat in comparison the total harvested fat typically taken for a Brazilian Butt Lift. I utilize Vaser-assisted lipoplasty to procure the fat, which produces a very high-quality fat for transfer with an added value of creating deeper tissue contraction.
