Had aggressive liposuction and bbl 2 weeks ago. Love my results but I have pretty bad lipo burn. I went to the emergency room and they said to just put cream on it. I put the medicated cream then Dress it then wear my compression garment but the dressing rips the skin off when I change it. How can I heal this faster?!

This needs hyperbaric oxygen and would care. I recommend following up with your Doctor. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. jyounis.  Sorry you have had this complication, but it appears from your photograph that you have a significant wound that requires diligent wound care. I recommend that you return to your plastic surgeon for appropriate treatment. Best of luck.

If you had this done locally then you should speak with your surgeon about this, if it was done abroad then you'll have to get your family doctor to refer you to a wound care specialist. Dressing changes in one form or another are the only thing that can be done aside from a skin graft, which would be extreme in this case. It will unfortunately take time for this to heal no matter what.
