I had aggressive liposuction and BBL 2 weeks ago. How can this heal faster? (Photo)

Had aggressive liposuction and bbl 2 weeks ago. Love my results but I have pretty bad lipo burn. I went to the emergency room and they said to just put cream on it. I put the medicated cream then Dress it then wear my compression garment but the dressing rips the skin off when I change it. How can I heal this faster?!

Liposuction would make a big improvement and then you can diet and exercise to improve the results and continue to look better and better. A tummy tuck always gives the best results but lipo will improve you a lot and be worth doing it now.
