Can you have liposuction without bruising?

It’s very unlikely that you will have no bruising after liposuction because some of the small blood vessels are injured by the liposuction cannula when removing the fat. This bruising usually resolved fairly quickly but sometimes can take 1-2 months to resolve. Contour irregularity is a known risk factor for liposuction surgery so it’s not surprising that you have some unevenness. If this indentation persists then it may be improved with some fat grafting. Bruising is part of the healing process; it is rare not to be bruised on the lipoed area. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
