Question

I now have a new dent on LEFT leg, it’s hard around edge and dr said it will resolve and pop back out. Is this likely? Also, right leg he detached septae (dent) and did fat transfer. It looks worse now. Dr said this is swelling. Is it likely this will go down? The fat above dent looks worse now. Also skin is loose. Will this likely retract? I’m 43 yrs old. 1st surgery, no kids

If you a re unhappy with your results please speak to your physician and ensure he was a full body VASER HD liposuction physciain wtih expensive experience in body shaping and not just traditional fat reduction.  At this point you  should be. using compression, RF treatments like venus legacy and exilis, and lymphatic massage to get you through healing.  It will take 6-12 months to see the final outcome.  If you are unhappy you can get a revision procedure by an expert.  To me it appears you were not a candidate for liposuction of most of those areas and needed skin removal or lifting to get improvement, or at least internal heating like J Plasma/Renuvion or InMode BodyTite.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
You are still early on the healing process, at the stage you are in, swelling is normal, so please be patient. It can take up to six months to see your final results.
I suggest my patients to use a full body compression garment, 24/7 for the first 3 months, and after that, for 12 hours a day for 3 more months, to get the best results.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
