Liposuction after kidney removal. Will this cause necrosis or any other issues?

cneaton.  Your previous act of great generosity, kidney donation, should not affect your plans for liposuction and Tummytuck. You will probably still have the same numbness after surgery. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience, as your particular case is not straight forward. Good luck.

No reason you cannot proceed with liposuction and a tummy tuck after donating a kidney. Best wishes. 

I see no reason that your kidney donation would be an issue.  I certainly would not expect any increase in possibility of complications.   I would suggest getting your kidney function checked by your primary physician  prior to surgery.
