Is 485cc right for me? (Photo)

Sizers are a great way to help choose a good size of implant. Bring a bra in the size you’d like as well as a tight white t-shirt to wear over top and try on sizers in the suggested range at your surgeon’s office. While wearing them, think about your lifestyle and if they’d “get in the way” of it. This will help give you an idea of whether 485cc is right for you. 

OK, surgery is coming soon. You are second guessing every decision you made. Your friends have opinions, RealSelf has opinions. Everyone has opinions, some of which you like and some that you don't. It's a very trying time. Generally, a 485cc implant will increase the cup size between two and three sizes. The 485 cc moderate profile is also different from the Natrelle full profile. If you have the time, try to get an idea of what this volume will do for you by trying on sizers, or better yet, a three dimensional photographic simulation. That is the best way to determine what you could end up liooking like. Once you are sure about the size, stop second guessing yourself.

implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you

Choosing the right implant for you requires an exam in person. You are best to be seen in person to review your goals and to determine what might fit appropriately for you. You can also try a baggy test.

Thank you for your question.  By your height and weight measurements and the photos you appear to be an average framed person.  Your photos also confirm your assessment of being a B cup.  For your frame size I would expect about a cup size increase for every 175cc.  By that calculation 485 would increase you nearly 3 cups sizes which seems to be more than what you are looking to achieve.  I would think the lower end of your surgeons suggestion or even a little smaller would likely give you what you a looking to achieve.  Good luck, I suspect you are going to be very pleased with your results.  Discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

You may be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation surgery.
It is important to have an in-person assessment regarding your concerns as it is difficult to determine virtually.
There are many different factors that go into choosing a breast implant size which will correspond with your body dimensions while concurrently achieving your aesthetic results. Some of these factors are: Implant size (CC's), Implant profile (Low, Moderate, High), Placement of the implant (Subglandular vs. Dual Plane) etc. We utilize smooth round cohesive silicone gel 'gummy bear' implants for the best results.
During a consultation your aesthetic goals are heard and taken into account with the measurements of your breasts and the integrity of your tissue, as well as level of ptosis (sag). From here we collectively can find your 'perfect fit'. You are able to try out sizers and different implants in our office such that you can get an idea of what size you would be post-operation. We also offer Crisalix 3D plastic surgery virtual simulator during our in-person and virtual consultations to preview potential results. After your consultation, you will receive your very own implant sizers to take home with you (at a small cost) whether or not you decide to go forward with your procedure.
I usually recommend that my patients stop smoking, take vitamin C daily, and avoid aspirin/ibuprofen and vitamin E 3 weeks prior to surgery. I specialize in the 24-hour Recovery method which minimizes trauma to the breast and decreases pain post-operatively.
