Thank you for your question. The prices for breast augmentation surgery can vary and depends on the travel package which the patient would prefer. In general, our prices roughly between 3000-4500 Euro range and it includes the travel package such as accommodation, local transfers, and language assistance.
Hello and thank you for your question. Thebest advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. The cost of breast augmentation varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically lookat before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgeryperformed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The mostimportant aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommendthat you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon whocan evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Dear KatieChipps, the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). In LA area, BA typically ranges from 7-8K. It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
When it comes to the pricing of breast augmentation it all depends what geographical area you are in. Also it depends on everything that has to be done not necessarily based on the size that you are trying to achieve. That's why its best to come to to the consultation to get the final prizing.Good luck in your search.
will vary as mentioned by my colleagues. So when calling around, you should make sure the fees quoted to you include the OR, anesthesia, implants, and the surgeon's fees. There are creative ways to help decrease your costs and you should ask if the surgeon offers any discounts for certain people, such as health care workers or if there are any discounts when a friend has a procedure. You can always check with your favored surgeon's office if he/she will consider lower fees if you bring in a legitimate cost estimate from another surgeon as you will be surprised at how many would consider this. Cost alone should not be what your base your decision but its certainly an important consideration when choosing your surgeon because the most costly surgeon isn't a guarantee that you will get the outcome you want.
The package price for cosmetic surgery procedures usually includes the surgeon's fee, facility fee, the Anesthesiologist's fee and the cost of the particular implant used. Due to healthy competition, the Plastic Surgeon offices in a given geographic area will usually have similar pricing. Most offices will give you an accurate estimate of costs over the phone. The most important thing is that you are comfortable with your surgeon, and the operative plan. Don't hesitate to have more than one consultation with experienced Plastic Surgeons in your local area. Good luck.
Thanks for the question. When it comes to cost of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure ( quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider, type of breast implants… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find average costs of surgery listed on this website, and on individual plastic surgeon's websites as well. In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. ***Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done. Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways. Best wishes.
Thanks for your question about breast augmentation surgery. Prices can vary dramatically around the country and even in a local area. It's never a good idea to choose your surgeon based on "low bid" but rather on experience and results. Read posted reviews and look at the surgeons post op photos to see if the results are of the type you like.In our office we have a private and certified surgical suite and we use general anesthesia with a board certified anesthesiologist ( an MD as opposed to a nurse) in attendance at all times. This is for your safety and comfort. The approximate price for the surgery is $7,000 including the surgeons fee, the anesthesiologist, the surgical suite costs and the implants. The price will vary a bit based on the specific type (not size) of implant you prefer. The fee also includes long term followup visits. I hope this helps.
Dear tlb22,Implant profile is a very important consideration. Many patients wrongly assume that the higher the profile the better. The truth is, the more profile (or projection/height) and implant has, the narrower its base has to become. This has several problematic consequences. The first is...
Your implant(s) sliding against your stretched moist tissues causes a friction rub (sound) that can be felt as well as occasionally heard. This is termed "bourdonnement" and was definitively described in the plastic surgery literature: "Bourdonnement and other benign temporary breast implant...
There is no evidence that blood type and breast implants have any relationship to each other, you should be fine. Best of luck!
