My 100lb dog smushed my nose twice post rhinoplasty! I am 7 months post-op, could my bridge have shifted slightly?

My nose hurt for a few min after and swelled up. No bleeding/bruising. I haven't been squishing my nose so this is a first. Most of the swelling is gone (2nd day). I can touch it without any out of the ordinary discomfort. The side that had "more work done on it" feels swollen on the inside. I feel like when I look at my bridge it appears to slant a little. I'm not sure if it's swelling or if some damage may have actually occurred... My nose did appear slightly slanted post-op due to swelling...
