Large hard knot under my chin and one near the back of my jaw line after FaceTite/lipo. Is this normal?

There can be some hardness and even a lumpy feel sometimes after FaceTite and microliposuction.  This is usually the inflammation and induration that can fluctuate for even over a month until this inflammation ultimately causes a tightening of the skin and soft tissues of the lower face and neck.   I would give your surgeon a call to make sure you are doing all of the appropriate things to help resolve it faster.

It is common to have hardened areas after neck liposuction and the radiofrequency energy. However it is always best to have your surgeon address the area of concern to rule out anything that is out of the ordinary.
