I have natural 36 DD and they keep getting bigger and bigger , they are not saggy or anything (thank god , gravity runs in the family ) but they are just getting to heavy on my back I'm in pain all day and it's very heavy on my chest , so would it be benifial to get a reduction and then implants ?

Answer: Implants and breast tissue 500 cc implants are the same weight as 500 cc implants. Not sure why you would want to remove breast tissue and add implants?

Answer: Are implants lighter than breast tissue. This is a difficult question to answer without a physical examination. Some women's breast on evaluation are very dense and heavy. Others are much lighter and fluffy to examination. Dense breast tissue will sink in saline but lighter tissue will float on the top. Silicone implants will float in water. It would not be worth doing the operation to simply trade out your breast tissue for lighter silicone gel breast implants. The scarring of the reduction would likely be objectionable to you. If you are in such significant pain, considering a reduction is likely your best answer but asking the surgeon to leave you as large as possible.
